Renzo Stucchi, owner with his wife of an organic farm in Viterbo (Italy), as a reminder of the tree house he had when he was a child, asked to La Cabane Perchee Architects to project a tree house on a 800 years old oak.
The tree has a trunk of 4.60m of diameter, is high 25m and has the foliage of 30m and grew on a lavender field and all around 12ha of olives are cultivated. Recently Mr.Stucchi built a new tree house -one of the biggest in Europe- of 87m2 on a Maritime pine of 200 years old at 7m of highness, this is one of the first luxury and high-tech tree house.
