The treehouse stump in the forest

Who could live in a treehouse like this?

This treehouse reminds me the fantasy of when I was a child, when I was still believing that elfs, dwarfs and fairies were living in the forest. For sure if I had found this treehouse in the woods when I was a child I had thought that was the house of one of them!
