Yoga & Treehouses

Have you ever thought that you could do Yoga in contact with nature and the trees?

Aquila Camenzind will organize in Switzerland, the 12 th of October from 11 am to 5 pm at Hildisrieden (between Zurich and Lucerne), a workshop where people can meditate and do yoga between the trees and in a treehouse.

Aquila write about this that “in this Workshop we will sink ourselves in the World of the trees, live them with all our senses, learn to how understand their language and to receive this gift from our Tree-Friends”.
